Mall Businesses Affected by Major City Pipe Break

Water damage overran The Greeley Mall center court due to a major city pipe break allowing hundreds of gallons of water to enter the mall. The businesses in the center of the mall were the most impacted. Concerns of the business owners and mall personnel were that the businesses would not be down and would be able to continue to serve their customers during the cleanup process. Fortunately, we had sufficient water removal equipment to set up multiple extractions sites and get the water cleaned up quickly. Our technicians brought in commercial air moving equipment and dehumidifiers to aid the drying process. Through combined efforts of the business managers and our technicians we were able to complete every job without any of the businesses having to close during the process. It took a lot of logistics to complete the drying process on time, according to IICRC standards, but we did it with great efficiency and professionalism.
