Is Mold Lurking In Your Bathroom?

The wall in this bathroom had mold growth due to water around the shower and humidity. The flooring and drywall were showing mold growth and the customer wanted it taken care of. The property owner had a small child in the hospital with pneumonia and wanted to make sure their home was mold free so she had mold air sampling test completed. Once we received the protocol, our crew immediately went to work. They removed the flooring and affected drywall, and sanded down the studs to get rid of the mold. With that complete we were able to seal all the wood with an antimicrobial paint and seal it all off until the new drywall could be put in place.
